The Marco Felluga makes wines the white mono-vines variety in steel (white label), while a part of the Collio Bianco Molamatta (blend of Pinot Blanc, Tocai Friulano and Ribolla Gialla) and Collio Pinot Grigio Reserve Mongris (black label) are vinified and aged in wood. The red mono-vines varieties are aged for 12 months in wood of second time, while the Collio Rosso Carantan (blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon) ripens in small wood oak barrels for nearly two years.

The Russiz Superiore vinifies approximately the 85% of its mono-vines varieties in steel tanks and the 15% in wood barrels, with the exception of Collio Bianco Col Disôre (blend of Pinot Blanc, Tocai Friulano, Sauvignon, Ribolla Gialla), of Collio Pinot Bianco Reserve and Collio Sauvignon Reserve, where the aging in wood lasts longer. Even red wines are aged in small oak barrels, the mono-vines varieties for at least one year, two years for the Collio Rosso Riserva degli Orzoni.
