Vinification
In the same way as with the other white wines although ageing in stainless steel vats lasts for twelve months with a further ageing period in the bottle for approximately a year.

Characteristics
An intense and pleasant bouquet which develops over overtones of honey and quince and apricot preserve on a buttery base. Its flavour focuses on sweet overtones which confirm the nose palate symmetry with sensations reminiscent of marron glacé. The result is mouthfilling with creamy extractive weight. The finish is long and very persistent.
