The Superwhites, the big white wines from Friuli will be back in Roma for the tenth time on Saturday the 20th and Sunday the 21st February 2010. Result of a careful selection among the white wines from a region considered one of the most famous in the world for quality wine production, the Superwhites from Friuli can be tasted and appreciated in a two day- event, organized by Slow Food Lazio, Slow Food Rome and Slow Food Friuli Venezia Giulia, thanks also to the contribution of Regione Friuli Venezia Giulia. The event offers a unique opportunity to compare the characteristics of white wines, which represent the 55% of the regional wine production: from native varieties such as Ribolla gialla, Malvasia, Verduzzo, Ramandolo, Picolit - to international varieties, like Pinot grigio, Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay and Sauvignon.

On SATURDAY the 20th February, from 5 to 8 pm we will be at Enoteca di Biagio in Piazzale Jonio 6/7 , while on SUNDAY the 21st February the event will take place at Hotel Waldorf Astoria Cavalieri in viale Alberto Cadlolo 101 with opening public time from 3 to 7.30 pm.
